[OOC] All sims of Brookings County has been opened

The all four sims of Brooking County is opened now. The construction of these sims not yet completed but we can see the mainstreams of landscape.

On the four sims we got: a small town, a highway intersection, fields, dock, bay with bridge, railroad tracks, airport, and a part of a city. As you will see the details haven't yet worked out. Every sim have road system. This and the airport, dock and other facilities is favorable for transportation roleplays, I'm sure there will be some truck driver soon. Lets see some photos about our new lands:

Breaking news - Fire at a construction site

Again fire on Munroe Avenue. This time a construction site was overwhelmed by the flames. Firefighters processioned with a truck because the extension of fire wasn't significant, only a truck burned on the street but later the flames spread to the house under construction too.

The fire was growing and reached the upper levels of building. FD called for reinforcement and with the arrived ladder truck they extinguished the fire succesfully. As we know no person injured but the material damage is considerable. The Police and the specialists of FD investigate the cause of the fire. The Police does not exclude the possibility of criminal act.

★ HOT NEWS ★ - 3 new sims added to Concord!

Three new sims has been added to Concord. One is appeared already south of Brookings County. The name of the new sim is Brookings South. The other ones is still installing and having the Brookings East and Brookings SE names.

Concord lies now on 6 sims! :) I think every builder of Concord will be a 'bit' busy in the coming weeks to build them up. Thanks for the information to Lance Sorex.

Licence plates of Brooking County

If you are living in Brookings County you need to register a different license plate for you car. The URL where you can do that: http://tinyurl.com/NJMVC

[OOC] About Brookings County

Nelson Jenkins planning and building the new sim of Concord every day. I interviewed him about Brookings County and he told all available informaiton. The new sim - as you can see - will be built with rural buildings in contrast to the hig-rises in Concord West. The railway tracks continues on the new sim, but they are only for freight yet. On the new sim will be some residental rental for people prefers the country side. A calm and quiet place with more green and nature. A hospital was under discussion being located but as we got the group notice it has been placed on Concord East, near of the Fire Department. Every other details are being planned.

Licence plates of Concord City released

This is the official license plate of Concord City. We will get it soon but you can register your car already on http://goo.gl/lkx1c.

You need to fill a form with your IC name, height, eye color and DOB, and of course the data of your car. It means you need register more license plates if you have the permission to use more than one vehicle. Normally you can register and use only one car. The registration fee is 10L$ ((the upload cost of your plate picture)). The pre-registration is open, it means you'll get your plate as it released officially by the PD.

[OOC] Rules and assholes

The owners and admins of Concord sims made simple and precise rules to we can enjoy our roleplay. The rules aren't exaggerated and mostly focused on roleplayers and their smooth game.

But someones think they are above these rules and many times playing in god-mode or violate the rules. Unfortunately, they do it especially with intent and to annoy others. In vain do you say to him/her kindly, is not interested. And after you report him/her, begin to call you in names and mere epithets. A typical asshole and go-getter behaviour.

We strongly call attention - on behalf of the Concord administrators - that everybody need to play and being in the city by the rules. You are not the owner of this city to you could think you can do what you want. And you need to leave for others to play in calm. If you don't want comply the rules it is better if you leave the city and play elsewhere.

Admins not accept excuses to you are a friend of admins or you haven't read the rules - as you can read it in the chat announcement what you get when you arrive to the sim.

We please all visitors and citizens to respect other's games and abide by the rules and don't annoy others or violate rules just because boring. Invent something else which could be even so 'fun', instead of asshole behaviour.

We please the administrators to ban persons with zero tolerance who violated the rules repeatedly because their intentional malice against the rules and other players. And we needn't the concord-haters on group chats too.

[OOC] New sim added to Concord!

Concord is growing. A new sim added to our pretty city named Brookings County. As the name and the attached photos shows, this sim will be a country land with relief and nature. And we will see what kind of buildings, facilities will be planted there. The sim is closed, so unneccessary to try to go through.
As we get more information we will publish here.

All, just a reminder.  You may not, without approval of the Fire Chief, the PD Chief, and an Estate Manager, do any form of fire or other event involving either the Fire Department Building or the Police Department Building.  These buildings are city property and are not permitted to be 'blown up' or otherwise damaged without the approval of the aforementioned people.

Any scene of that magnitude must be reviewed and approved by those listed above to prevent abuse.

Breaking News - Explosion! PD is on fire!

Police Station of Concord is on fire! Today the Fire Department was alerted to a very big fire. The upper level of PD Station was on fire which also extended to the roof and the lower level of building. The FD arrived with many apparatus to extinguish the big flames. The PD closed the whole area around the building in wide circle. The extinguish of fire taken hours and FD needed reinforcement units from the Western FD station. The fortune in misfortune is that there is only one injured person who suffered severe burns and smoke inhalation, but transported to hospital in time and he is alive and beyond the life-threatening.

After the fire extinguish we interviewed the FD on the location:
CCN: - Can you explain me what happened here, please?

Lance Sorex (FD): *nods* - At about 12:30 pm today a large fire broke out here at the police station, we responded quickly however it was to big so we called in a second alarm brining out another engine truck. Inside we found one person who we got out quickly, and he is currently at the hospital being treated for burns and smoke inhalation. The building is an almost complete loss, the second floor is partially collapsed and we have ordered the building condemed until a proper inspection can be done by the fire investigators, and until they can determine the cause.

CCN: - I see, but I think it is definable what could have caused the fire. It was a technical failure or criminal act?

Pat Alderson (FD): *looks up* - At this time it could be anything, we plan on having a full scale investigation possibly within the next few hours, the cause might come out later tonight. At one point in the fight, the Police Helicopter on the roof exploded, assuming it was because of the extreme pressure of the fire. That will all come out after our investigation is complete.

CCN: - Any personal injury happened?

Lance Sorex (FD): *nods* - As I stated previously, not to our crews however there was one individual in the dispatch room who was taken to hospital with severe burns and smoke inhalation, from what I have heard he is doing ok now. Oh and one other thing, Until the Investigation is fully complete this section of Monroe Ave will remain closed to through traffic.

CCN: - Thank you the interview, our firemen did a great job again!

Breaking news - Fire at the Electrical Works

No day without a fire accident. Today the Electek Concord & Bergan Electrical Works caught in fire. The top of the both buildings and some apparatus burned with big flames. The Fire Department appeared with more engines and ladder truck because the height of the buildings.

The fire extinguish gone from top and bottom, while the roofs watered from the ladder on the ground other engines extinguished the smaller fires on apparatus. The substantial damage is remarkable again, and no personal injuries as we informed. The PD looking for the circumstances and the suspected relationship between the fire accidents.

This accident series is contingent? Or there is some relationship among them? Crime act? We don't know yet, but we will ascertain and keep the contact with the Police by the investigation. The spokesmen of FD and PD not stated in the case.

Breaking news - A car exploded on Munro Avenue

Yesterday, few hours after the grocery fire an explosion happened also on the Munro Avenue. A car exploded and smashed to the side of the buildings and a fence. The fire was huge, the FD only with difficulty was able to extinguish the fire.

A man died in the accident, the driver of the exploded car. The ambulance already have not been able to save your life. The material damage is significant too. The explosion happened front of the Police Station, but fortunately no more people injured. After the accident of Mainstream Market grocery the PD is not exclude the criminal act in both situation. As we get new information about the investigation we will inform our viewers.
